How Playbookly's AI works

Playbookly uses AI advisors to help you apply private equity transformation methodology to your business. Here's what they are, what they can do, and what they can't.

What are the AI advisors?

Playbookly's advisors — SophiaAI, ValentineAI, or VictorAI (AI Chief of Staff), FionaAI (FP&A Co-Pilot), MarcoAI (Revenue Coach), CélineAI (Capital Advisor), OwenAI (Org Coach), and AlexAI (Strategy Advisor) — are AI systems, not human consultants. They are built on Claude, a large language model developed by Anthropic. Playbookly configures each agent with Private Equity frameworks, your financial benchmark data, and project context to generate tailored recommendations.

Each conversation session is independent. The agents do not have memory of previous sessions unless you or Playbookly has explicitly stored context. They do not have access to real-time market data, news, or information outside what you have provided.

What they can do well

✓Draft sprint plans, task breakdowns, and OKR structures
✓Answer questions about your benchmark report and grade

What they cannot do

Important limitations

—Provide legal, tax, or certified financial advice
—Guarantee business outcomes or investment returns
—Access real-time financial markets or current news
—Make binding decisions on your behalf
—Replace a qualified accountant, lawyer, or regulated advisor

AI recommendations are directional guidance. You should apply your own judgment and consult qualified professionals before making material financial, legal, or strategic decisions.

Use the thumbs up/down buttons on any AI response to rate its usefulness. This helps improve the system.

Report a concern

Email support@playbookly.ai if an AI response is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.

Access your data

You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.

Regulatory information

Playbookly is a Limited Risk AI system under EU Regulation 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). It is not classified as a high-risk AI system. Playbookly complies with:

✓Article 4 (AI literacy) — we ensure our staff, consultants, and users understand how the AI works and its limitations
✓Article 50(1) (transparency) — AI chat surfaces display a persistent notice that you are talking to an AI system, not a human, and AI-generated outputs (emails, documents, valuations) carry an AI-generation disclosure

Foundation model: Claude by Anthropic (Anthropic Privacy Policy). Playbookly operates as a deployer, not as a foundation model provider.
